Farfalle Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes until just tender
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the shallots, mushrooms and courgetes, stirring occasionally for 6-8 minutes
  3. Stir in the Parma ham, creme fraiche, parmesan and pepper to taste
  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the other ingredients in the pan. Heat through, transfer to a warmed serving dish and garnish with fresh basil
